Manny brings more than 10 years of multifamily management experience to FLATZ 487, and his goal is to keep the community looking great and full of life. He speaks fluent Spanish, used to dance professionally, and loves spending time with his wife, kids, and friends, so stop by and book a tour to say hello.
Kate is a Texas native who came home after leasing luxury apartments in New York City while she earned her Master's degree. When she isn't helping new residents find the right floor plan, you'll probably find her hiking, singing karaoke, or reading a good book.
Todd has more than 15 years of maintenance experience and takes pride in keeping every FLATZ 487 home running smoothly. His rule is simple: if it's broken, he fixes it. Off the clock, he's fishing, cooking, cheering on his football team, or relaxing at the beach with his family.
